What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin punctually at 2:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 1:30 pm.

What is the order of events?

Ceremony: 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Cocktail Hour + Photos: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Grand Exit: ?

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We’re asking our guests to dress up with us. Formal wear is requested. A jacket, tie, or a traditional suit and a floor-length or midi-length dress are ideal. NO jeans, please! If you would like to wear an outfit in the wedding colour palette, here they are mustard yellow, rusty orange, burgundy, and dark purple. Also, please do not wear any cream, ivory, or white as it is reserved for the bride. Please keep in mind, that the ceremony is planned to be outdoors.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we are having a very small wedding in a limited space. If your child is invited, you will know.

Will there be an open bar?

Unfortunately, no. Limited alcohol will be provided as we have a strict budget. However, you are very welcome to bring your own alcohol as this is a small wedding at a chalet. Our goal is to have a fun, heartfelt day filled with love. We are not aiming to drink and party all night long.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are not limiting anyone to take photos or videos during the ceremony. However, we do ask that you keep your phone on silent and respect the working photographer. At the end of the day, don’t hesitate to share with us the photos or videos you’ve taken.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, this is an Airbnb. There is parking in the front yard but you can also park on the left side of the street (when driving in). Please do not fill up the cul de sac.

When should I RSVP?

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 7th, 2024. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a “no”. We’re planning the whole wedding ourselves and need to confirm how much food we will need for the reception. We hope you understand.
